Cupping therapy is commonly used to relieve muscle tension, improve circulation, and support recovery from physical strain. It is often combined with acupuncture as part of a treatment session.

Acupuncture is available for ACC covered injuries in New Zealand. Treatment focuses on reducing pain, supporting recovery, and restoring movement following an injury.

If you have a current and active ACC claim, acupuncture treatment may be partially funded.

Tuina is a therapeutic Chinese massage technique that works on muscles, joints, and soft tissues. It is effective for musculoskeletal pain, stiffness, and tension, and can be received on its own or alongside acupuncture.
