Service Description

A gentle treatment to help your jaw relax and reset. In this session, we begin with acupuncture to settle the nervous system and loosen up the neck, temples, and face. Afterwards, using clean medical gloves, I work gently inside the mouth to release the deeper muscles that hold onto stubborn tension. Our jaw muscles are constantly working through talking, eating, and daily stress. Because they are among the strongest muscles in the body, an incredible amount of strain builds up here, often sitting deep inside the cheek where regular massage simply cannot reach. It is a quiet, comfortable session to help with teeth grinding, jaw clicking, and that tired, tight feeling in your face.
