Why is Gua Sha so effective?
Gua Sha, derived from traditional Chinese medicine, is a massage technique involving the "scraping" of specific body areas with a smooth stone to stimulate blood circulation and detoxify the body. Nowadays, Gua Sha is mainly applied to the face for cosmetic purposes.

An effective Gua Sha massage in 5 minutes.
For optimal effectiveness, Gua Sha requires precise movements. Rest assured, it's simple and quick, and I'm here to guide you!
1st step:
Grab a refrigerated metal spoon for maximum massage effects. Your spoon should be nice and cold! Choose your favourite facial oil or use economical vegetable oils. I particularly recommend rosehip oil for its pleasant scent and effectiveness in preventing skin aging.
2nd step:
Before the massage, thoroughly clean and dry your face! Pour the equivalent of two teaspoons into your palm, spreading it evenly over your face. Feel free to use a bit more oil than usual to ensure smooth spoon gliding during the massage.
3rd step:
Let the massage begin! It involves three simple, slow, and conscientious movements for optimal benefits. The movements should be gentle yet slightly firm. Adjust the pressure based on your skin's sensitivity; the goal is not to cause harm! Use the back of your spoon for each movement!
• Start by applying the spoon to your chin, moving it slowly up to the lobe of your ear, following your face contours. Repeat this motion five times on each side.
• Position the spoon on the outer corner of your nose and slide it slowly under your cheekbone to your ear. Repeat this motion five times on each side.
• The final movement involves placing the spoon above your nose, between your eyebrows. Slide the spoon vertically to the hairline. Repeat this ten times.

From the first massage, you'll notice firmer, smoother, and radiant skin! To maintain the effects, I recommend practising once a week; the more regular, the more spectacular the results!
